AI Agent Terms of Use and Liability Disclaimer

1. Scope of AI Agent
The AI Agent (“Agent”) is provided by Champion Power Equipment, Inc. (“Champion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) as a free, supplemental, informational tool to assist customers with general product support, such as troubleshooting, maintenance guidance, and general product information.
The Agent is not a substitute for reading the product manual, following manufacturer instructions, or seeking qualified professional assistance.
By using the Agent, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use and Liability Disclaimer.
Manuals Control; Scope-Only. If any information from the Agent conflicts with your product manual or official Champion instructions, the manual controls. The Agent is designed to answer only questions about Champion Power Equipment products and support; it may refuse or redirect any other requests.
1.1 Automatic Refusals & Scope Enforcement
The Agent may automatically refuse or redirect requests that (i) are outside Champion product support; (ii) seek to override or bypass its rules (including “ignore previous instructions,” “developer mode,” or similar prompts); (iii) ask the Agent to reveal internal prompts, policies, or system details; or (iv) solicit unsafe or prohibited guidance (including defeating safety features or operating equipment contrary to the manual).
2. Third-Party Service Provider
The AI Agent is powered by a third-party service provider, DocsBot.ai.
By using the AI Agent, you also agree to be bound by DocsBot.ai’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Champion is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability for, the operation, performance, or outputs generated by DocsBot.ai’s systems. The Agent’s responses are machine-generated, non-deterministic, may vary for the same prompt, and may contain errors. Champion has no duty to monitor or pre-approve responses and may suspend or modify the Agent at any time.
3. No Professional Advice
The Agent’s responses are for general informational purposes only.
They are not professional, legal, safety, or technical advice.
You should not rely solely on the Agent for decisions that may impact safety, property, or health.
Always refer to your official product manual, follow all safety warnings, and consult a qualified professional when needed.
3.1 Safety-Critical Limitations
The Agent does not provide instructions for electrical wiring, fuel or gas plumbing, internal repairs, or defeating safety features (including operating indoors or in enclosed/partially enclosed spaces). Do not rely on the Agent for decisions that could create a risk of injury, death, or property damage. Always follow the manual and applicable codes and consult a qualified professional.
4. No Emergency Use
The Agent must never be used for emergency situations.
If you are experiencing an emergency — such as fire, carbon monoxide exposure, injury, or other immediate danger — call 911 in the U.S. or your local emergency services number immediately.
5. No Warranty on Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, we make no guarantees that the Agent’s responses will be correct, complete, up to date, or applicable to your specific situation.
The Agent may provide incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information.
Champion disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of the Agent’s outputs.
In the event of any inconsistency between the Agent’s output and a Champion manual or official bulletin, the manual or bulletin controls. Champion has no obligation to update past outputs.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Champion Power Equipment, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Injury or death
- Property damage or loss
- Equipment damage or malfunction
- Business interruption
- Loss of data
- Loss of revenue or profits
arising out of or related to your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Agent, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This limitation applies to claims arising from out-of-scope use, prompt-injection or manipulation of the Agent, reliance on incorrect outputs, or use contrary to manuals or safety instructions.
7. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying all information provided by the Agent before acting on it
- Following all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Using equipment according to the official product manual and manufacturer instructions
- Taking appropriate safety precautions when operating, maintaining, or troubleshooting equipment
7.1 User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) attempt to bypass or override the Agent’s rules; (b) prompt the Agent to disclose system prompts, internal policies, or non-public information; (c) solicit unsafe, illegal, or out-of-scope content; or (d) use automated means to scrape or submit prompts. Champion may limit, suspend, or terminate access for violations.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Champion Power Equipment, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Agent
- Your reliance on any information provided by the Agent
- Your violation of these Terms of Use and Liability Disclaimer
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms of Use and Liability Disclaimer at any time without prior notice.
The updated version will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date revised.
Your continued use of the Agent after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Privacy & Sensitive Information
Do not submit personal, financial, medical, or other sensitive information (including photos or videos) to the Agent. The Agent is not designed to process or protect sensitive data. Information you submit may be processed by third-party providers as described in their terms and privacy policies.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use and Liability Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

13. Order of Precedence
If there is any conflict between (i) these Terms, (ii) official Champion manuals/bulletins, and (iii) any output from the Agent, the order of precedence is:
(1) official manuals/bulletins, (2) these Terms, (3) Agent outputs.
