The Champion Power Equipment 4500-Watt Dual Fuel Open Frame Inverter Generator with CO Shield® is perfect for camping, tailgating, RV use, or as a reliable backup for home essentials.
Our Quiet Technology reduces noise, while the efficient design minimizes size and weight. The 224cc Champion engine delivers 4500 starting watts and 3650 running watts on gasoline, running for 22 hours at 25% load with a full 4.02-gallon tank. On propane, it offers 4500 starting watts and 3285 running watts, with a runtime of 21 hours at 25% load using a 20-pound tank. A 6-foot propane hose with a built-in regulator is included.
This generator features covered outlets: a 120V 30A RV outlet (TT-30R), a 120V 20A (5-20R) household duplex outlet, and a 12V automotive-style outlet. With the optional Parallel Kit (sold separately), you can connect two compatible Champion inverters for increased output.
The Quick Touch Panel provides easy access to controls, while the Intelligauge with Power Meter helps you monitor voltage, frequency, and operating hours. Economy Mode adjusts engine speed based on power consumption, extending run times and enhancing fuel efficiency.

CO Shield technology monitors the accumulation of carbon monoxide (CO), a poisonous gas produced by engine exhaust when the generator is running. If CO Shield detects unsafe elevated levels of CO gas, it automatically shuts off the engine. CO Shield is not a substitute for an indoor carbon monoxide alarm or for safe operation. DO NOT allow engine exhaust fumes to enter a confined area through windows, doors, vents or other openings. Generators must ALWAYS be used outdoors, far away from occupied buildings with engine exhaust pointed away from people and buildings. Meets the requirements of ANSI/PGMA G300.
